where did i go wrong

Welcome to FLAMES OF WAR a Fire Emblem fanlisting Directory. This sites purpose is to list all Fire Emblem fanlistings on the internet; from any series, from Rekka no Ken (known as Fire Emblem in other countries) to Seima no Kouseki (Sacred Stones). Any catogary that falls under the Games catogary at tfl, plus tpfl & tl. Please consider joining if your fanlisting falls under these catogaries!

What's Fire Emblem you ask? Fire Emblem is a series of games released by Nintendo. Only above FE7 were released outside of Japan, unfortunately. It's a tactics game but has a lot of reading, and a lot of talking. It's not for those who don't like reading text conversations .. since that is an important part of the game.

Revamped! Finally! New layout with one of the shots from FE9, cos it has a lot of characters in it. Also did a link check and had to remove over ten fanlistings, and made some new codes. Go take a look!

The Name
Flames of War; well, in most Fire Emblem games, from what I have heard and know, revolve around war. And dragons normally fall into each game somewhere, and from the title 'fire,' I decided on Flames. This is also a rather good name because the characters do say it; in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance I've heard Nasir say it at least twice, and Soren (note this was a long time after I named it!)

Why
Fire Emblem currently spans over ten games, seven/eight/nine released outside of Japan due to the popularity of Roy and Marth from Supser Smash Bros. Melee. A tenth one has been made, and released in Japan, titled 'no Megami' (Goddess of Dawn). Although currently only three games have been translated (Rekka no Ken under Fire Emblem/Seima no Kouseki under Sacred Stones/Souen no Kiseki under Path of Radiance) popularity is increasing. People are researching into the other games, and that introduces fandom. For example, Rekka no Ken's characters are the parents of Fuuin no Tsurugi. Along with the amount of games, the amount of characters; each character is unique, in past, abilities, and so on.
